Refund policy

Sometimes things don’t plan out as expected… that’s life. Should a situation present itself that means you feel you cannot honour what you have paid for, then please contact me directly so that I can understand and try to accommodate to the best of my (and my diary’s!) ability.


 

If the situation results in you needing to cancel any payment arrangement made, then please note the following:


 

Session/Course has not started – and 14 days notice provided and we have acknowledged the same:

 

You can expect to receive a 100% refund.


 

Session/Course has not started – and 7 days notice provided and we have acknowledged the same:

 

You can expect to receive a 50% refund.


 

Session/Course has not started – and 2-7 days notice provided and we have acknowledged the same:

 

You can expect to receive a 25% refund.


 

Less than 24 hours notice or a “no-show”:

 

There will be no refund.



 

I accept that there will always be exceptional circumstances, which is why I implore you that you contact me as soon as you have any concerns with regards to honouring your commitment to attend your sessions and/or courses. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
