Service Description

Complete the NSight Assessment at least 72 hours before the coaching session and learn to understand who you really are, how who you are affects your work and personal life and leave with an action plan on the next steps to work towards what you really want for yourself. Price covers the cost of the assessment, collation and reporting of the results and a 60minute coaching session to discuss your results and understand what it means for you. Trained and qualified directly by the Founder & CEO of Meridiem.

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things don’t plan out as expected… that’s life. Should a situation present itself that means you feel you cannot honour what you have paid for, then please contact me directly so that I can understand and try to accommodate to the best of my (and my diary’s!) ability. If the situation results in you needing to cancel any payment arrangement made, then please note the following: Session/Course has not started – and 14 days notice provided and we have acknowledged the same: You can expect to receive a 100% refund. Session/Course has not started – and 7 days notice provided and we have acknowledged the same: You can expect to receive a 50% refund. Session/Course has not started – and 2-7 days notice provided and we have acknowledged the same: You can expect to receive a 25% refund. Less than 24 hours notice or a no-show: There will be no refund. The above is in relation to standard sessions purchased. Any promotional sessions purchased have no cancellation values but the session may be rescheduled or gifted if more than 24hours notice is provided. Please call/text me directly to discuss and arrange. I accept that there will always be exceptional circumstances, which is why I implore you that you contact me as soon as you have any concerns with regards to honouring your commitment to attend your sessions and/or courses.
