You are in control. Looking for a "wrap around" mindset and relocation service? A go-to person for when you need that confidential talk or to work through a personal or professional matter? Wanting that supportive person at the beginning, through your journey and at the other end? Life is busy and you just want to have the comfort of knowing that you can contact someone with ease for those times when you need a supportive ear, a cheerleader and someone you know you can trust. I am that person. You will be my VIP, my priority. Your loved ones will be my priority also because they are your priority. To ensure I am available and present in the way I wish to be for this bundle, I only offer it out to 4 clients per year. Sessions can be pre-booked where convenient but I will also be as flexible as possible for more pressing concerns. Please note: Fair usage policy applies. Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things don’t plan out as expected… that’s life. Should a situation present itself that means you feel you cannot honour what you have paid for, then please contact me directly so that I can understand and try to accommodate to the best of my (and my diary’s!) ability. If the situation results in you needing to cancel any payment arrangement made, then please note the following: Session/Course has not started – and 14 days notice provided and we have acknowledged the same: You can expect to receive a 100% refund. Session/Course has not started – and 7 days notice provided and we have acknowledged the same: You can expect to receive a 50% refund. Session/Course has not started – and 2-7 days notice provided and we have acknowledged the same: You can expect to receive a 25% refund. Less than 24 hours notice or a no-show: There will be no refund. The above is in relation to standard sessions purchased. Any promotional sessions purchased have no cancellation values but the session may be rescheduled or gifted if more than 24hours notice is provided. Please call/text me directly to discuss and arrange. I accept that there will always be exceptional circumstances, which is why I implore you that you contact me as soon as you have any concerns with regards to honouring your commitment to attend your sessions and/or courses.
